Life in an Irregular Galaxy
Stellar Winds flow from the upper atmosphere of a star, driven by waves of superbubbles and particles. Our universe is but one in a massive ocean of universes called the multiverses. The celestial beings in this story are those who exist in cosmic space, other versions of our parallel selves or duplicates in other worlds. The characters tell stories of the universe beyond what we know… dimensions in which the viewer completes the narrative of time, matter and communication contained within the cosmos.

Featuring solo and collaborative work, the Nuevo art exhibit features a body of work that stands apart, but also comes together in how both artist utilize subjects from their communities as inspiration. As artists, their contributions to Southwest Contemporary is not only acknowledged locally, but has received recognition outside the boundaries of the Southwest.
